Professionals

Commission per completed job
Deducted from the job price when payment is released after the host approves your work. No listing fees and no monthly charge.
Hosts
5%
Booking fee per job
Added to the job price when you confirm a booking. It covers secure payment handling, job tracking, messaging and completion evidence.
Emergency call-outs
£7.99 – £14.99
Emergency booking fee
A flat fee on urgent, same-day call-outs. The exact amount depends on the time of day and how quickly a professional is needed, and is always shown before you confirm.
