    Message the professional in the job thread and follow the status from confirmed, to on the way, to arrived and in progress.

    Review the evidence

    Receive the completion checklist, work summary and time-stamped before-and-after photographs before you approve completion.

For professionals

    Apply and verify

    Create your professional profile and upload identity, insurance and qualification documents for review.

    Set your area and availability

    Choose the postcodes you cover, the services you offer and whether you take emergency call-outs.

    Accept suitable jobs

    See jobs posted nearby, quote or accept a fixed price, and confirm the time window with the host.

  4. 4

    Complete and get paid

    Confirm arrival, work through the checklist, upload evidence and submit for host approval. Payment is released after approval, less the platform fee.
