Why we exist

Short-let properties do not run to office hours. A changeover clean has to happen between a 10am checkout and a 3pm check-in, and a leaking tap during a guest stay cannot wait for a quote next week. Most hosts end up managing a private list of contacts, spread across messages, calls and spreadsheets.

HosTrader brings that work into one place: the job request, the match, the messages, the completion evidence and the payment.

Where we operate

We are in early access. Verification checks are reviewed manually while our verification system is being completed, and payment features are marked as test mode until our payment provider is connected.
